This summer, empower your child to become the director of their own adventure at Hive of Thinkrs STEM Summer Camps 2026, proudly hosted at St. Thomas Episcopal Parish School (STEPS). Every week is a brand-new world waiting to be explored, where children choose their program, pick their superpower, and decide their own path to discovery.
Customize Their Summer Learning Experience
Our unique flexible structure puts your child in control, allowing them to tailor their summer experience:
- Week by Week: Pick a new focus each week from Minecraft, Robotics, or GarageBand Music Production.
- Mix It Up: Encourage diverse learning by trying something new every week.
- Go Deep: Master a single program by sticking with it for multiple weeks and exploring all six themed challenges.
- Everything's Included: Benefit from expert instructors, all necessary equipment, and a comprehensive curriculum designed for maximum engagement.
Minecraft Adventures (Grades K–5th)
Inspire creativity and problem-solving. Kids will build imaginative worlds, overcome challenges, and think big with these epic weekly themes:
- Ancient Civilizations
- Wild Safari
- Mystery Island
- Superheroes & Cities in Peril
- The World of Art & Music
- Inventors & Redstone Labs
Robotics Challenges with VEXGO (Grades 1st–5th)
Ignite their engineering minds. Young innovators will learn to engineer, program, and battle their own robots through six weeks of exciting challenges:
- BattleBots
- RoboMission
- RoboCarnival
- RoboGames
- RoboExplorer
- RoboArchitects
Music Production with GarageBand (Grades 3rd–5th)
Unleash their inner musician. This program transforms kids into music producers, letting them create their own sounds, tracks, and virtual studio experiences:
- Beat Lab
- Movie Music Magic
- Pop Star Producer
- Video Game Sound Worlds
- Remix & Mash-Up
- Studio Showcase
Important Camp Details for Parents
- When: June 8 – July 17, 2026
- Time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Cost: $650 per week, $150 per day, or $1,200 per 2-week session.
- Where: St. Thomas Episcopal Parish School (STEPS), 5692 N Kendall Dr, Coral Gables, FL 33156.
- Who: Children in Kindergarten through 5th grade (specific grade suitability varies by program).
Please Note: The full-day format includes Hive of Thinkrs STEM learning from 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM, followed by STEPS Fun Camp in the afternoon. Fridays are dedicated to STEPS field trips, and there will be no STEM camp programming on these days.
